A lover of all big and small. Devin was raised in an animal loving home and grew up around snakes, dogs, cats, and exotic birds. She always expressed a deep love for all animals in and out of her home including, earth worms, deer, salamanders, and more. She is the kind of girl who reminds you of Steve Irwin. Her parents have always referred to her as Dr. Dev little, a play on words to reference Dr. Doo little who spoke to animals. She truly has a special way with animals that is unlike any other. She is gentle, patient, and understanding of every animal no matter their size. With this love, she was bound for a career in animals. She chose to attend Virginia Tech in 2020 to receive a Bachelors of Animal Science with an emphasis in companion animals and equine. After finishing her Bachelors in 2023, Devin chose to continue her education and attend Virginia Tech Online Masters. She currently is two semesters away from completing her Masters of Animal Behavior and Welfare with an emphasis in Rescue Rehabilitation. Currently, beyond Devin’s rescue efforts, she works full time as a Dog Trainer for her company Gforce Dog Training.
