Sue Bear
13.5 year old Sue came to us from a second story apartment by which she had extreme struggle navigating due to her being deaf and blind. Even with the most love in the world, we only got to spend 2.5 weeks with our little sun bear. We trust that in those short weeks, Sue felt safe enough to rest peacefully. We miss our girl everyday.

River
We were contacted about a very weak kitten who a citizen had taken in but she needed immediate care. When we arrived we were met with a less than pound female kitten with distressed breathing and potential paralyzed limbs. Quickly she was rushed to the emergency vet where we were informed she most likely would not recover and her xray showed severe brain trauma. The humane decision was made for River’s euthanasia. In the short hour we knew this little girl she was loved for the first and last time and passed peacefully on our founder’s chest.
